1 - 12 oz Pack of Impossibleā„¢ Beef
1 Red and 1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Onion
8oz vegan cheddar cheese
4 Baguette style buns

Steps

1. Prepare the Vegetables

Thinly slice the onions and bell peppers.

2. Heat the skillet

Heat a skillet to medium temperature with a light coat of oil. Cook the onions and bell peppers on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until they have reduced and reach a caramelized color, stirring every 3-4 minutes.

3. Cook the Impossibleā„¢

Set onions and peppers aside and add another light coat of oil to the skillet. On medium heat, crumble the Impossibleā„¢ beef into the skillet. Cook for about 5-10 minutes or until the meet has almost completely turned brown, stirring every 2-3 minutes.

4. Add onions & peppers back to skillet

Add the Onions and peppers back into the skillet. Turn the skillet to low.

5. Cook the Cheese Sauce

Heat 8oz water with 8oz of your favorite Vegan cheddar cheese to a sauce pan on medium heat. Wait for the cheese to melt completely, stirring more frequently as the cheese melts.

6. Build the Cheesesteak

Add the Impossible beef, onions, and peppers into the four baguette rolls. Top each sandwich with the melted cheese sauce.
